At ShootCycle, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding your subscription.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account and go to the "Billing" section or contact us at support@shootcycle.in. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
Refunds are **NOT** available for:
- Renewal payments (except where required by law).
- Subscription plans that have been used for more than 7 days.
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@shootcycle.in with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Processing of Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within **7-10 working days**.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as technical issues that prevent you from using the Service.
