Welcome to ShootCycle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShootCycle studio management software (our "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use ShootCycle, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. Description of Service

ShootCycle provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for photography studios to manage clients, projects, invoices, and team workflows. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Fees and Payment

ShootCycle offers both Free and Paid subscription plans. If you subscribe to a Paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
• Payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Razorpay.
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with prior notice to you.

4. User Responsibilities & Content

You are responsible for all data, text, images, and other content ("User Content") that you upload to the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Termination

You may stop using our Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShootCycle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Refund & Cancellation
